- The
content of the pages of this website is for your general information

- To
make a booking on this site you must be at least 18 years of age.
- Please
note that a booking is a contractual
agreement. Cancellation policy -
cancellation is stipulated on each hotels webpage
- there are no exceptions to cancellation of a booking.
- A
no show will be charged for the full amount of the booking.
- Online
Credit Card Bookings are not
available for bookings within 48
hours.
- Neither
we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the
accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the
information and materials found or offered on this website for any
particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials
may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability
for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by
law.

Third party advertisements and links to other sites where goods or services are advertised are not endorsements or recommendations by New Airport Travel ltd of the third party sites, goods or services. Your access to or use of them is at your own risk. If you have any problems or questions we are unable to assist. Please contact the repective site/company directly.
- An
Admin charge of 500Bt will be deducted from any booking refunds.
- New
Airport Travel Ltd act only as an agent for
Hotels and Limousine/Shuttle Services
and will
therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages
accidents,
change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from
circumstances beyond their control.

Transfer Service
Flight
and passenger details are to be given so that
we can coordinate the shuttle effectively. If your
luggage has
been lost or it takes longer time to pick it up please let us know as soon as possible (Our
Airport contact number will be at the foot of the confirmation voucher).
Damage
Any
damage to the Limo/Shuttle, by the passengers of
the vehicles and their parties, will
be responsible for the cost involved, in replacement
or repair, at the
most reasonable cost available, and with as little inconvenience to
both parties.
Vehicle
supplied
We
will endeavour to provide the vehicle requested by you. In the unlikely
event
that we are unable to do so we reserve the right to provide a
substitute
vehicle of similar type and capacity.
Baby Seats
None
of the limousines or shuttles are equipped with
child seats, although there
are functioning seat belts. A child seat can be used by the passenger
if they
have one.
No
Smoking
All
vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Terms
of Payment
Payment is to be made in full via the online booking system at least 2 days before the use of our
transfer
service.
Pricing:
- We
will wait up to 2 hours after
the
arrival of your flight, after 2 hours you
will be charged 100 Baht per 30 minutes.
- All
taxes are included in the prices quoted.
- Rates
subject to change without prior notice
Guest
No Show
A
no show will be charged for the full amount of the
booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation
for paid bookings 72 hours before the
transfer service will be granted a refund minus
500 Bt to cover the Admin cost.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the transfer service will be charged
the full
amount.
